Step 3 – Candidate photos (CAE & CPE levels only)
We would like to inform you that all candidates taking the Cambridge English C1: Advanced and Cambridge English C2: Proficiency exams will need to be photographed (passport-style photo) on the day of the speaking or written exams.

This is to increase the security measures of the exam following the new Cambridge Assessment English regulations. The photo will be stored on a secure website of the Cambridge Assessment English Results Verification Service website. You can control access to your results and your photo by giving your personal ID Number and Secret Number to universities, employers and any organisations you wish to verify your results for.

When registering for the Cambridge English C1: Advanced exams, you must sign the consent form for photography and send it by post / email to [email protected], before the registration deadline.  Parents or guardians of applicants under the age of 18 must read all the information provided and sign the Photograph Consent Statement on their behalf. You can find the Photography Consent Statement here. Photographing is mandatory for candidates over 18 years of age. Applications from candidates under 18 years of age will not be accepted if parents/guardians refuse to consent to the photograph. However, we would like to inform you that the photo cannot be included in the candidate's result as per the examinations Child Protection Policy.

Step 4 – Certificates

Certificates are sent to successful candidates approximately two months after the results are announced.

  • If you have registered through a foreign language centre, your certificate will be sent there and is valid for centres outside the EUROGNOSI group.
  • If you have registered as an individual candidate, your certificate will be sent to your postal address.
